Is there any way to get the RTK Output Port (RS232) onto the same 38400 baud rate as the TTL (3.3v) RTCM port?

If your board is "RS232 version", then Pin 2 and 3 are of this logic.
If your board is "TTL3.3V version", then Pin 2 and 3 are of this logic.

Pins 6 and 7 are always TTL3.3V logic.

RTK Output is by Pin 2 (and by Bluetooth, if enabled)
RTCM Input can by Pin 3 or by Pin 6

So, if you want to have RTK Output at same baud rate than RTCM Input, then you have some valid configurations:

1) Configure the output at the desired baud rate and use Pin 2 and 3. In this case both, RTK Output and RTCM input will be either, RS232 or TTL3.3V at the baud rate chosen. Use the App Tab Custom Output

2) Configure the output at the desired baud rate and use Pin 2. Configure the input at the desired baud rate and use Pin 6. In this case, RTK Output can be RS232 or TTL3.3V (depending on version PCB) and the RTCM input will be TTL3.3V. The baud rate of each port can be customized.
